The Puerto Rican artists' Carlos Betancourt and Alberto Latorre are phographed here with their artwork and the Prince of Monaco, his Serene Highness Prince Albert II during a meeting with the monarch and son of Princess Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III The artists are currently based between Miami, Mexico and Greece. The artwork in this picture are sculptural prototypes of the artist's iconic collaboration The Reef Star.
